Orders are prepared within 2 to 3 business days.
Once shipped, delivery times generally vary between 3 to 5 business days, depending on your location.

Current delivery fees are as follows:

• Quebec: $20
  Free shipping on orders over $75*

• Ontario: $30
  Free shipping on orders over $100*

For other Canadian provinces, shipping must be calculated manually. Contact us for a quote.

* Shipping fees are subject to change. If an order requires exceptionally high shipping costs (e.g., bulky order or remote destination), additional fees may apply. In this case, we will contact you before shipping.

Shipping times may vary depending on traffic and peak seasons.
Delivery is carried out using different carriers, selected according to the best available rates for your address.

 

Shipping to the United States and internationally
We can ship to the U.S. and internationally upon request. Please contact us for an estimate of costs and delivery times.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the food nature of our products, no returns or refunds are accepted, except in the following cases:

• The product received is damaged

• The items received do not match the order placed
