After divesting a 50,000-tap sugar bush, Mario and Carole acquired a smaller sugar bush in 2018, where both techniques are implemented. We maintain the old-fashioned, family-style collection of maple water by bucket, which is harvested and boiled separately from that coming from the tubing system. Two techniques in one sugar bush, our difference.
